In the event that you exercise the ARCO rights, you may do so by submitting to the Personal Data Protection Area privacypolicy@getitandpayit.com   the  "Request for Access Rights Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition" in order to initiate the procedure described in numeral VI of this Privacy Policy.

We make of your knowledge that your may deny access to your personal data, or to make a rectification, cancellation or oppose to the processing thereof in the following cases:

In order for the Personal Data Protection Area to meet your request to exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO); revoke the consent and / or limit the use or disclosure of personal data, you must submit  the corresponding request, which must be duly requisitioned and must be accompanied by a simple copy of any of the official identifications described in the application itself.

Thereupon, the Personal Data Protection Area will proceed to examine the request, and in the event that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, or, lacks the document proving the personality of the applicant or his legal representative, may require within five working days, the information or documents necessary to process his request. The applicant or his/her legal representative will have ten working days to amend the request, in intelligence that, if amended, the application will be deemed not to be filed.

Once the application has been entered, the Personal Data Protection Area shall communicate to the applicant via e-mail, the resolution made no later than twenty working days from the date the request was received, so that, if the request is accepted, it will be effective within fifteen working days from the date on which the response was notified.

7. Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of personal data.

You can limit the use and/or disclosure of your personal data through the "Request to Limit the Use and/or Disclosure of Personal Data", and the procedure for complying with such request will be governed by the criteria established in numeral VI of this Privacy Policy.

8. Revocation of Consent.

You can revoke the consent that you have given us for the processing of your Personal Data through the "Request for Revocation of Consent"; However, it is important to note that not in all cases we will be able to fulfill your request or terminate the use immediately, as it is possible that by some legal obligation it is necessary to continue processing your Personal Data. You must consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent implies that we cannot continue providing the service you requested. Likewise, in all cases the revocation of consent will have no retroactive effect as regards the obligations in the operations carried out through our platform.
